Medical Massage – Self Pay / Out-of-Network

Therapeutic massage prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific injury or medical condition, provided on a self-pay basis when insurance benefits do not apply. If you have out-of-network massage therapy coverage, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please note: payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is not guaranteed—it depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
