When your fascia becomes tight or "stuck," it shortens and compresses your joints, leading to the aches, stiffness, and restricted movement we often mistake for "just getting older" or permanent injury. How it Works: The "Coach" and the "Person in Charge" In a Rossiter session, we work as a team. As your Coach, I use my feet to provide precise, powerful weight to anchor your connective tissue in place. As the Person in Charge (PIC), you perform specific, active movements to stretch that tissue from the inside out.
