Relax and Flow Massage

Experience relief with my firm but gentle targeted deep tissue massage, designed to address your specific problem areas. Whether you're dealing with stubborn knots, trigger points, muscle tension, or fascial pain, I use focused techniques to release tension and restore balance to promote healing, improve mobility, and leave you feeling both relaxed and revitalized.

Deep tissue massage

Prenatal massage uses customized Swedish techniques tailored for expecting mothers. Special care ensures safe, comfortable positioning. It helps reduce stress, muscle fatigue, and tension, while promoting circulation to benefit both mom and baby.

Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage

A very gentle, rhythmic massage that mimics the natural flow of the lymphatic system to promote lymph circulation and reduce retained fluid in the tissues (edema). LDM is deeply relaxing, using very slow, light and specific pressure along lymphatic pathways. Good for anyone who suffers from chronic edema (accumulation of fluid), pre/post operative, and weak immunity.  

Due to the slow pace of this style of massage, 90 minutes is the only offered duration.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Melt & Flow combines the grounding touch of a relaxation massage with the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki to create deep physical and energetic release. Smooth, rhythmic massage strokes melt away muscular tension while Reiki rebalances the body’s subtle energy systems. The result is a calming, rejuvenating experience that dissolves stress, restores flow, and leaves you feeling centered, light, and renewed.

Sports massage is designed for athletes to improve range of motion, boost circulation, reduce pain, and relax muscles. These targeted therapies help enhance performance and speed up recovery and address sports-related injuries.

Sports massage

Medical massage focused on specific treatment as prescribed by physician, with added time for general relaxation massage. If covered by insurance, the medical massage portion will be billed to insurance, and the additional add-on is a separate self-pay service.

Medical massage + relaxation session

Intraoral massage is a specialized manual therapy in which a trained professional uses gloved fingers to gently massage the muscles inside the mouth and jaw. This technique is primarily employed to relieve tension and pain associated with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, headaches, jaw injuries, teeth grinding, stress, and related conditions. The massage targets internal muscles, as well as external muscles in the face, neck, and scalp, to improve jaw mobility, reduce chronic pain, lessen facial tension, and alleviate symptoms like difficulty chewing and ear pain. Sessions may result in temporary soreness, brief discomfort, minor bite changes, and fatigue as the muscles adjust. Overall, intraoral massage aims to enhance pain-free movement, release deep-seated tension, and improve alignment of the jaw, neck, and head, making it beneficial for individuals undergoing dental work, experiencing chronic headaches or whiplash, and those with digestive issues.

Therapeutic massage prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific injury or medical condition, provided on a self-pay basis when insurance benefits do not apply.

If you have out-of-network massage therapy coverage, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please note: payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is not guaranteed—it depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Therapeutic massage prescribed by your doctor to treat a specific injury or medical condition. We can bill your insurance only if Your Healthy Karma is in-network with your plan and your benefits cover massage therapy. Coverage and requirements vary, so please confirm with your insurance provider before booking.

Medical massage (billing to insurance)

Therapeutic massage for work-related injuries covered by Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I) or a self-insured employer. Sessions follow a treatment plan authorized by your attending provider to support your recovery and return to work.

We bill L&I directly once your claim is approved for massage therapy. Coverage is only available with a valid claim number and treatment authorization from your healthcare provider.

Medical massage (L&I)

Your Healthy Karma believes in giving back to First Reponders, teachers, and armed forces servants as a small token of gratitude for their service. Eligible professionals get discounted pricing on select services.

Community Hero Massage

Specially-priced for community heroes, enjoy a quiet prenatal massage customized for expecting mothers. Special care ensures safe, comfortable positioning. It helps reduce stress, muscle fatigue, and tension, while promoting circulation to benefit both mom and baby.

It's okay to say shhh! Most of us prefer to sink into a relaxing massage without distracting conversation. On the other hand, some folks like to chat! Book the session that fits your needs and avoid awkward requests!

Community Hero Prenatal massage

Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that can promote emotional and physical healing. During sessions, clients remain fully clothed while the practitioner gently places their hands on or near the body, focusing on balancing energy flow through the chakras. Reiki is sought to decrease pain and muscle tension, stress reduction, and as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments, with reported benefits including reduced anxiety, improved sleep, and overall well-being.

The Rossiter Stretching Workout: Powerful Relief for Your Connective Tissue

Are you tired of "managing" pain and ready to start fixing it?
The Rossiter Workout is not a relaxing spa treatment or a passive stretch. It is a powerful, results-driven, two-person technique designed to address the root cause of most chronic pain: tight connective tissue (fascia).

When your fascia becomes tight or "stuck," it shortens and compresses your joints, leading to the aches, stiffness, and restricted movement we often mistake for "just getting older" or permanent injury.

How it Works: The "Coach" and the "Person in Charge"
In a Rossiter session, we work as a team. As your Coach, I use my feet to provide precise, powerful weight to anchor your connective tissue in place. As the Person in Charge (PIC), you perform specific, active movements to stretch that tissue from the inside out.
