Using insurance?

Karma Raad, LMP is an in-network provider with Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, TriWest, and WA State Labor & Industries. Select "Medical Massage - 60 minutes" if you plan to use your insurance for this service. Check your email within a week of your appointment for a link to the intake forms and please complete the forms promptly. Email or fax your referral/prescription to contactus@yourhealthykarma | (425) 285-8545 at least 2 days prior to your appointment. 

Verify your benefits for massage before you book

Please contact your health plan by calling the number on the back of your card to verify your benefits and coverage for massage therapy. Health plans vary by policy and it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet your plan's coverage requirements. Many plans require a referral or prescription for massage therapy from a medical doctor and will only cover massage for treatment of a specific diagnosis/condition that is deemed medically necessary by the health plan. You will need to pay your copay (if any) at time of service, and Your Healthy Karma will bill your insurance. You may be responsible for ineligible charges, but you will not be billed for balances on covered services. Click here for more info on insurance coverage.  

Auto insurance Claims

We can bill your massage treatment to an approved first-party auto PIP claim. Select "Medical massage - 60 minutes" to book using your PIP coverage, and complete the intake forms that you receive at least 2 days before your appointment.

We will not bill for third-party claims, regardless of the liability determination on your claim. In other words, we will bill an approved claim on your own PIP policy, but we will NOT bill another driver's policy. We will not bill your insurance if your claim is involved in litigation and/or liability dispute. However, we can provide a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.
